About Me

I’m an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a multi-disciplinary work environment. My career has focused on business development, leading agency growth and driving industry recognition. With a deep background in digital marketing, I understand what it takes to lead new business efforts, converting prospects to long-term client relationships. As a dual US and UK citizen, growing up between London, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, I’m always looking at a global perspective. Diversity and Inclusion is very important to me, I currently hold a leadership position on the Diversity and Inclusion board at Critical Mass.

As the Global Vice President Business Development, I typically work at the intersection of new business, project management, and account service. While I lead a team responsible for the end-to-end new business process. While I vet, screen, and close inbound leads, my passion is cultivating new partnership opportunities while nurturing existing ones. Critical Mass is a global marketing agency with eleven offices, 1,200 employees. With 10+ years of experience, I’ve helped secure large accounts, including AT&T, Apple, Behr Paint, BMW USA, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Citibank, and more.

I’m strategy-and process-oriented, allowing me to implement best practices, identify areas for improvement, shape the broader business development strategy and vision, and consistently deliver outstanding results.

A mentorship program

Supporting parents through life’s biggest transition: parenthood.

At Critical Mass, as the Women’s Affinity Lead I designed Keep Co., a program designed around the real experiences of working moms. It brings together mentorship, benefit enhancements, new personnel programs, and real support through the often invisible workplace challenges that hold working moms back, from pregnancy to postpartum, and well beyond.

Pro-Bono Project MAnagement EXPERIENCE

In addition to my business development role, i’ve had the opportunity to Project Manage several pro-bono web experiences.

Butterfly Home
The Butterfly Home is an orphanage and learning center for the children of incarcerated Nepalese women. Critical Mass designed a website that tells visitors about both the Butterfly Home and a documentary film about its founder, Pushpa Basnet (a CNN hero of the Year). Site visitors also have an opportunity to learn more, donate, and volunteer their time.

ONE HUNDRED Agency
ONE HUNDRED empowers organizations to make a sustainable impact by connecting their people, passion, and purpose. We draw on a vast range of capabilities to deliver tailored, nimble service solutions across every industry. Despite the complexity of the problems we help to solve, we are inspired by four basic pillars of purpose.

Hope North
Hope North provides education and personal development for young victims of Uganda’s civil war. We created a responsive site organized around one of the school’s most inspiring attributes: they use cultural practices (e.g., music, art, literature, dance) to promote healing.
